I am now really confused here, Hope some one could clarify it for me please. As for the last 10 year work history I hav...

Re: 10 years long residence applications

Hi Survivor07

It was not the same in my case I varied flr fp to set lr 15 days before completing 10 years. It took nearly 2 months for bio to arrive. My LR card and documents arrived approx after 3 weeks after registering bio. It was a pretty quick decision for me thanks.

Re: Police caution and ILR

Since you were given caution in april 2013 the 24 month period is over now, you can apply for ILR but you have to mention the caution in your ILR application.

Re: 10 years ILR,Attend Appeal Court date or Withdraw and Ap

DId you apply for a SAR? I think you can vary your appeal grounds and if judge allows it then its good if not its still good as you have an option to make a fresh application. But i think varying appeal could take more time if successful than making a fresh application but the plus point is that you...

Re: Fresh application & judicial review

section 3c does not continue with Judicial review, you will become an overstayer in that case. Unless you think you have somthing to show that you were not an overstayer you shoud not go for it , judges are also not accepting new evidances sometimes, it will be a waste of your money and time i think...

Re: Biometrics not requested

You need to call HO and request them for a letter. You need to tell them its been over 6 weeks and you have not received one yet, they will send you one within 15 working days. when you ring choose option 3 then option 2, Do not wait for 6 months.
