Islamabad appeal/new application

We have appealed against BHC Islamabad's rejection of settlement application. They were supposed to send their bundle of documents/evidence to UK by 31st Jan 2008, but they haven't. The appeal authority here has given them reminders, and is now going to give a hearing date, which is going to be in a...

Appeal and payslips

When we submitted an appeal re:settlement, Islamabad/UK, we sent 1 months payslips. Now the sponsor has many more. Is there a method by which we can send them and will this have an impact on the review/appeal?
Or shall we keep them in case the appeal is rejected?

Thanks for your help.

ILR and time abroad?

My son-in-law has gone abroad for the first time since entering UK. How long can he stay there without it affecting his ILR application?

Many thanks.

Appeal

We have lodged an appeal (about one month ago) in the UK. We were hoping to have the decision overturned on appeal, but no news so far. Below is a copy of the reason for refusal and why we think it was wrong. Please take time to read and advise. I would be most grateful if you would review the refus...

ILR AND TIME ABROAD ON SPOUSE VISA

My son-in-law entered UK on spouse visa (2 yrs) on 26th April 2005 (entry clearance granted 10th April 2005).
He is now going abroad for a month from 27th November, with family.

How will this affect his application for ILR?

Thanks for your help.

We think it is better to appeal and prepare a new application at the same time, as we have heard that an appeal can take a while to be heard. Now that the application has been refused, can anybody tell me what is the process of appeal, and more importantly, anyway to bring to the attention of the EC...

According to the embassy I should have a decision in the next few days. The letter of employment for my husband was from a small firm of accountants. I believe from my understanding of the rules that I meet the criteria on marriage and accomodation. Regarding maintenance, I think that the ECO is more concerned that the applicant should not be claiming oublic funds. As my husband has qualifications and a firm job offer (letter from accounts firm),...
