Ok think for a moment, You do not leave UK and your leave expires, now after how long will be be considered as overstayer? Now if you put in an application during these first 28 days you will be covered. So how do you think that if this principle applies in the UK, they will give you concession when...

Re: ILR Refused due to T1 tax discrepancies

Mate have you got Statutory Refusal for 10 years i.e 320, I am sure you have not as they know it is an amendable issue. Apply through 10 yr route this time after making sure that you qualify, as you said you have been here for over 10 yrs. Send in a Teir 1 General Dependant application for your depe...

Re: ILR Refused due to T1 tax discrepancies

I would recommend (I am in the same situation) send (post) in another application but before doing that send your tax amendme...

Re: SLTR-Rejected alleging Deception-Please help

Please moderators help. If I appeal on this decision I have plenty of evidence to tear this decision apart. Dear Mrswood, You are eligible to apply via Set LR route. You do not qualify for ILR through spousal route yet. So best would be if you want to get it same day, book an appointment at your closest PEO, coplete SET LR form and pay £1900 fee. You will get ILR on the same day. Or else if you can wait f...

Re: Need Urgent Help :Tier 4 FTT Refused and ILR due in 6 Mo

If your appeal is still pending and you complete your 10 yr stay, you can book a same day appointment for Set LR and take a cover letter with you saying you are varying your application and you want to apply for Set LR. All will be well.
