Re: ILR - No Decision, previously detained - Please Help

Mate to be honest, your story doesn't add up may be you are not telling the reason why your ILR was rejected. Without the reason no one can help you and i dont blame the solicitors if you are giving same tosh to them too. If your solicitor missed to include your previous passport, why didn't you inc...

"Last Visa : PSW Expired JAN 2014
Applied Tier 4 : JAN2015"

Seems that the long residence already broken if what you said above is true. PSW expired 2014 and you applied for Tier 4 in Jan 2015. What visa were you on for the full one year?

Re: FLR (LR) - to pay taxes

Thanks for your response Casa. I had searched and found the same result but someone gave false hope that there is a loophole or something but seems No use crying over spilt milk. My understanding is that FLR(LR) was introduced solely to enable those who were unable to meet the English language rules...

Re: FLR (LR) - to pay taxes

Hi Casa, Its referring to e.g. if you have a driving offence of driving without insurance that will be counted as spent in next 1 year but you have allready lived in UK lawfully for 10 years you could apply FLR (LR) in order to get time to get that conviction spent (not sure if true or not). My ques...

FLR (LR) - to pay taxes

Dear Gurus,

Can anyone apply for FLR LR on the basis of amending his incorrect tax returns while English language and LIUK are in place. As I have heard from someone that if you have a unspent minor conviction you can apply for FLR *LR to spend it.

Waiting for your kind response.

Kind Regards,

Re: ILR Refused via Tier-1 General..Reapplying Questions

Mate you need to be ready with a back up plan. If the AR fails you need to apply fresh with in 28 days and this time in a category where you know you will succeed 100%. I sent my amendments to HMRC on 5th Jan they got it on 8th Jan according to the Royal mail Delivery Report. Now I have called them ...

Re: ILR Refused via Tier-1 General..Reapplying Questions

To find a good Immigration solicitor with experience follow these step. 1. Google Immigration Tribunals. 2. Find Cases for ILR appeals similar to your case. 3. On the published Tribunals the name of Solicitors is always there so make a note of a few solicitors that have won the appeals. 4. Call them...

Re: Littering Fine,Penalty Charge notice and ILR

Not good news for you then. This penalty will need to be spent and it will take 3 years from the date of notice of penalty not payment. So mention it in your form and pray to get a lenient case worker as he could well in his right can reject your ILR based on this information. If you dont mention it...

Re: ILR Refused via Tier-1 General..Reapplying Questions

Yes mate seems fine but as advised before this time do not risk it by doing it on your own and take a qualified person with you to represent you and also he can check all your documents to make sure every thing is in order. Do not think that you dont qualify for FLR LR as ur Life in the UK test has to be present with the application and I have seen that many people do actually loose it so need to take the test again. So apply for FLR LR without the LIUK test Certificate and then book a same day appointment for SET LR w...

You should find employment/New sponsor with in 28 days of your redundancy or leave the country. The HO rarely sends curtailment letters but your visa is curtailed after 28 days. Re: ILR days 9 years 10 months 2 days, please help :(

Two valid ways with the best one being: 1. Apply for FLR (LR) on the last day by post and when you qualify for ILR simply VARY your application to Set LR. (Best Option) 2. Apply for SET LR when you are eligible as your application is considered valid if you apply with in 28 days of your visa expiry....
