Re: ILR Refused via Tier-1 General..Reapplying Questions

Be rational to your approach and ask valid questions please that is why no moderators answered it so far. YOU can use any way or Method to make an application again that is permitted by HO> Hop...

Thanks Obie,

I hope these inhuman ideas of this heartless government never change in to laws.

Re: SET(LR) application

Dear Gurus, I have come across the immigration bill for 2016 and it seems it will be final nail to make it impossible to settle here. I have 3 questions. 1. When will this be actually implemented and become a law. 2. Will it effect existing applications and appeals as well I.e. if Person A is alread...

Re: ILR Refused via Tier-1 General..322 (5) / self assessme

Sorry I have come across a case where the 322(5) has been withheld by the judge at UTT but in that case the only evidence the apellant is relying on is a Letter from her new Accountan saying that they have now sent the amended returns to HMRC but no updated HMRC SA302 available. I am in a worse situ...

HI Abdul,

Did you ask them how long will they be granted for. As our Tier 1 General is expiring shortly last time they got visa till our leave. As now we dont have a leave (covered till the appeal goes) so how long will they get their visa for if they get.

Re: SET(LR) Refused Clauses 322(1A) and 322(2)

Re: SET(LR) application

After more research I have finally hit a dead end as application is bound to be rejected. I will be refused even after sending all the tax related documents to the Home office if the HMRC records have not been updated. False Representation: 322(1A), 322(2), 322(2A) "A false representation which...

All I am trying to do is avoid being rejected on the Deception grounds. Re: SET(LR) application

The wording here that says "deception was used in order to hide those circumstances" . The tax was under declared that constitutes deception but if we are not hiding it and and rather telling them about it ourselves before the decision is made with a proof that the process to amend the dis...
