Re: ILR due in 5/16 from Tier 1 General. TAX RETURN AMENDED

I got my tax amended just about 2 weeks ago and it was 17K to be paid out, actual tax. So paid it same day and then after 2 days I logged in to my HMRCH online account and there was interest on this of £1465 that I have not paid yet. There were no penalties. The interest was made up of both 2011 and...

Re: HO Checking Employment History?

Have you also checked whether your EEA stay is counted towards your 10 yr route. Working more than 20 hrs in 2007-2008 should not be a problem even if it was you can not go back in time and wipe that off. So its your call.

Any update jimtoole on your case? I discussed about applying again with my Barrister that did my Grounds of Appal and also yesterday I went to see a big solicitor firm and met the Principal Solicitor there. Both my Barrister and the Solicitor advised against fresh application and told me that rejec...

Re: ILR through Tier 1 (General). Please help!!

I am exactly in the same situation just the reason of refusal was not tax and no 322(2) or 322 (5) or any other sections were used to refuse. The 10 page letter only contained 2 lines of rejection mentioning I have used deception in previous application as a limited company that i inoiced and they p...

Re: ILR eligibility

Dear Sir, You are one of the people without whom the UK can not breath, strive or live. We all want you, the British public wants you. As you and your kids integrate so well here and bring your highly skilled levels to this country to benefit UK rather then your Home country. I want to thank you for...

Re: ILR Refused 322 (2) & asked to leave UK

This guy's posts dont make any sense to be honest. He in one post says he got rejected then says he re applied then he says he got rejection letter for first application after he applied again. So dont know how to put it in chronological order. Seems he is a Pakistani that explains most.

Re: ILR refused at PEO Glasgow on basis of 322(5)

This rejection is like on pay day the employer says "you worked just to get paid and not coz you love laying bricks so I am not paying you."

I would suggest, Put an application together with all relevant docs and post it this time.

Re: Critical/Confusing Situation

Hi mate, not to discourage you but if you do not qualify for extension or ILR in your current visa category i.e T1 Ent for reasons such as no investment has been made or no jobs created etc then its very likely that your 10 yr ILR will not be granted as well. As the time spent on your current visa w...

Re: ILR Refused via Tier-1 General..Reapplying Questions

By the looks of Shib123's case that once rejected for tax discrepancies there is a very high chance of rejection again as happened to him and that also in Belfast PEO that does not take as many applications. It happened with in the last 6 months only. I came across cases 6 months ago that went to BE...

Re: ILR Refused via Tier-1 General..Reapplying Questions

Something doesn't seem right here. Its such a difficult time for you mate. After paying all the taxes on time just because of a simple error you are facing soo much. I have a gut feeling that HO is doing it just to extort more money out of ignorant applicants. Its time that instead of making decisio...
