Re: Restricted COS decisions for August 2015

I was one of the persons who got my CoS in July. Let me update you as to what has been happening. I am applying from Jamaica. I paid my health surcharge of 200 pounds and i am unable to go any further. I am unable to pay for my visa as no date is available. Mind you, the Jamaican applications are pr...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

Have a look at these links. I am going to write a response to MAC. We put a lot of time and effort to get our job offers. I know it's desperate and may not be even read. But it might have a weight if a large number of refused applicants personally respond. If you never try you'll never know. http:/...

I doubt it. One of my friend is a teacher, like myself, and he did not get it at 40 points.

Believe me when i say...I don't know how i got mine at 40 points. My employer must have added something without my knowledge...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

Hi Ttttier2, I actually had 45 points. It makes no sense to me that ppl with 40 points are being approved while others got refusals. Although the news says 45 points is the cut-off point, but we still need to wait for either BBC or the Home Office to announce it to be sure. If the news is true, the ...

Hey stephybailey24 ! I think some of us are a bit confused. Could you clarify - were you refused OR successful with 40 points? Thanks I am a teacher of English Language. I will be working in a high school in Ash. I am not sure if I can mention the school's name. At 40 points, I was refused last mon...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

Just heard from my employer. He called the Home Office himself and has been told their cut off this month was 45 points. So those of you who got 45> should be fine! I predict 40 points next month. Very sorry for those of us who got them refused again. It's an experience I don't wish upon anyone. x ...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for june 2015

If your job is under 46000 and not shortage occupation nor PhD level job then I am sure points scored would have been less than 50[/quote]

Based on that, I have 30 + 10 = 40. Sigh. My salary is between 27000k - 28000k.
