Re: Extension appliation rejected

Thanks for the reply, but the HO note says you do not have your name on the balance sheet. How is one supposed to have his name on balance sheet? I can see people adding the phrase 'Unsecured director's loan' on balance sheet, but not name. Can any accountant or a successful candidate look into his ...

Director loan agreement on accountants letter head

Hi,

Do we need to draft director's loan agreement on accountant's letter head along with your accountant's signature or does it need to be on a plain or company letter head with your (director) signature only?

Re: IT contracting with T1 Enterprenur

Trying to hoodwink HO is not correct. The intention of this visa is to set up own business and if working as an IT contractor whichever way shown in my opinion is wrong and not legal. If you get caught its trouble. Everything discussed in this forum is totally legal and as per the tier 1 entreprene...

Re: unlikely to work as a contractor on this visa

Here is another link of a court case where HO mistakenly refused one of the applicant's visa on the grounds that applicant was working as a contractor with an agency. It's a classic example where case workers are often not well informed with the legalities and difference between contract for service...

Re: Entrepreneur visa refused (contract via recruitment agen

Now if you have come this far, many of you might be wondering what do you actually mean by all these jargons such as contract of/for services, agency legislation, etc and how can you ensure that your contract with the agency complies with it. Well its all pretty simple but first I need to explain wh...

Re: IT contracting with T1 Enterprenur

Lastly I would just like to comment on few, highly disturbing statements made in this forum. Hays is an agency not the Client. So whatever Hays is saying is correct. @ Kaps .. Hays is an agency, not Home Office. As I have stated above that I am currently on my fourth contract, out of which three of ...
