Visa for Spouse of ILR holder (Long Residence)

Hello All, I recently got my ILR based on Long Residency and now have to apply for my wife. I was on HSMP last before the ILR and my wife was my spouse dependent. I am fairly certain that we need to do a FLR (M) - could some one confirm this please. Also how long do we have before we can do this app...

Not as far as I remember - I will go home and check but as far as I remember it was on plain paper and I was told that they were the terms of the ILR............so merely information.......

with a Schengen the only requirement is that you land first in the country that granted you the visa in the first place and then you can travel freely all over the Schengen zone.......so if you get your Schengen from the French then you have to land in France first and then you are free to travel to...

Well then you should understand the point I made..........that one size fits all does not work...............even though there is no magic to weed out fraud or more like people who abuse the system.............bullying is not something that works..........which is what the HO seems to be doing more ...

I would think so as it is all taxed money by reason of your employment (be it - notice buy out or holiday encashment) - all good to be counted towards your Tier 1 salary requirement - I would assume......

Unless you travel to a country where there is no visa restriction - that country will stamp a date of arrival and departure stamp........in case of India they will do it regardless you are an Indian national or no........

The earliest you can apply is 28 days before your 10 arrival anniversary.......... As far as I am aware all the HO form 'Set O' asks for from applicants applying under Long Residency (10 yr) rules is - all passports and periods out of UK (In and Out dates)............ As long as the appointment letter does not mention the bond you are fine............and in any case something ridiculous £10K is absurd unless you are on like £100K+ contract.............I agree to what PP says about contracts.......... Speak to your local CAB as PP suggested and also some council...

Hello all, Has anybody on these boards applied for ILR on Long Residency basis (10 years) recently............. Reading on these boards it seems that people are recommending that a lot more information should be provided to the HO then asked for on the form i.e. letters from colleges, bank statement...
