Thanks Jo. I actually found a detailed document (about 30 pages) detailing their processes which was pretty helpful...although in the end it's just all about waiting!

My lawyer said it would probably be faster to go through London because that's where I'm from. I hope I hear something soon! Don't we all!!! :)

What's involved in the process?

Hi there, Does anyone have a link to anything detailing what the steps are from the CIC's point of view? I found one with a detailed process for spouse class but not skilled worker. I.e. receive application, send letter, start looking through application, send letter re medical, do police checks.......
