because the 31400 is calculated on a 37.5hr/week
but my cos is based on a 40hr week so I don't
meet the min wage/hr

I think those who claim that they are successful at 40 points do not know exactly about their point calculating. Apart from ur base salary, CoS salary also includes allowance, bonus, London weighing factor, pro-rated of ur salary to 39hrs/ 40hrs...etc...These factors increase their point to 45, not...

i'm desperate to find out any information from other architects applying for tier 2 general migrant using SOC 2431 i earn 32k/yr/40hr week so my wage broken down to hourly is 15.38/hr the minimum wage for 'experienced worker' is 15.48/hr the minimum wage for 'part 3 graduate/newly-registered archite...

i got it at 45, my boss received notification by email, not on the SMS

From reading previous month's forums successful applicants seem to find out at 9am...do you think it will be the same for us?

I'm at 45 points and am so anxious about scraping through :/
