Re: Restricted COS decisions for August 2015

Congratulations to all!! Genuinely happy for all of us - mine was also granted at 40. Anyone on the same boat creating our part of the online application? Is this the calculator to know the points we are applying with? All of these points are confusing. But according to my understanding, the 40, 39...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for August 2015

My employer and I have applied for my tier 2 in june and july with 40 points with no success, as we all know the minimum scores were 50 and 45, respectively. Since to increase our points we would have to perform a new RLMT with a higher salary, we have advertised the job in two sources again with a...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

Thanks everyone who wished us good luck, but I have to say, wishes are just wishes. Let's face the reality. Based on my analysis, I estimate the cut off for next month will be 45 again. Here is my logic: There are only 1747 COS's available in August. Number of applications scoring 45+ for June and ...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

I'm at 40 myself, it seems like the cut off for this month is 45 as opposed to 50 in the previous month. If a similar shift in points continues in Aug, I'd say there may be hope for those at 40 next month and so on. Although nothing is certain, a trend is starting to develop. I really wish the best...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

Just heard from my employer. He called the Home Office himself and has been told their cut off this month was 45 points. So those of you who got 45> should be fine!

I predict 40 points next month. Very sorry for those of us who got them refused again. It's an experience I don't wish upon anyone. x

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

Hey guys, With 40 points I'm on the same situation as many of you - my Tier 2 Restricted CoS was refused last month on June 11th. And I just heard that it has been refused again today. Looks like we'll have to hold our breath again. And the worst part of it all is that it looks like it won't get an...
