Hi I have a question regarding my 10 years long run residence. I came in this country 23rd Sep 2005. My 10 years will qualify at 22nd sep 2015. My last tier4 application was refused and it is in upper tribunal appeal. Am I eligible to apply before 22nd of sep within 28 days?
