Hi Farah,

Did you declare FPN/Speeding ticket? What was the outcome of your application?
Hi yes - I declared my speeding tickets. My application was successful - there were not enquiries regarding the tickets.
Good to know! Thanks Farah :)

Not yet.

I still have couple of weeks to go before my 28 days window. Was preparing my application early due to annual leave.

Re: SET(LR) Queries - Absence Days Authority and Documents

I have been wondering the same as (although not on the same current leave to remain as you are and not married) I am going to apply for ILR LR soon and living with my girlfriend. I have been advised by Zimba that relationship status doesn't have to do anything with your ILR Long residence and hence ...

UKVI does not necessarily use the stamps to establish your absences. A cover letter is not required
OK. So are you suggesting there is no need to provide flight tickets and I should be OK with the missing stamp?
OR, just provide the tickets and that should suffice?

Thanks,
VP

Re: ILR (LR) and FPN/PCN

Hi Zimba, Apologies but I have a couple of queries. 1) I have a missing stamp on my passport from my travel to Spain in 2012. Is it ok to provide flight tickets to confirm the absence dates for that journey? Also, I have seen that a lot of applicants in the past provide a cover letter? Is this neces...

I answered the same query from other people many many time. SET(LR) has NO SUCH REQUIREMENT. The online system and the list it generates is not accurate. Your relationship status is completely irrelevant :!: :!:
OK. Thanks Zimba.

They have no effect on citizenship either. Under SET(LR) your relationship status is irrelevant as you must qualify on your own. You do NOT need to provide any evidence of your relationship Thanks Zimba re citizenship and FPN/PCN declaration. Re relationship status, thanks for clarifying however, w...

ILR (LR) and FPN/PCN

Hi, Apologies for yet another repetitive question however, (and as I saw in a post elsewhere), the format of the criminal conviction question has changed in the new online ILR (LR) application form. Re: BRP Delivery Sheffield

In regards to the BRP, did your new employer take the photocopy of the 'vignette' (visa sticker) in your passport? The new employer might not be aware that the BRP is just a replacement of that vignette. I am sure you might have seen this: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/application-to-t...

You will need to wait like every one else. It will be delivered probably in the next week or so. Your visa was only approved a week ago. There is a system available for your new employers to check your right to work and as a Tier 2 sponsor, they should be aware of this. Reading these posts with int...
