thanks, tiger, i've also noticed that and some other errors. i've corrected them and informed the members of VBSI who are sending the letters. the letter was finalized late late last night.

I have no idea what means, but the opening paragraph of the executive summary of the Command Paper says "This document sets out the Government’s proposals for a new points-based approach to managing the flow of migrants coming to the UK to work or study". I don't rule out the possibility ...

Whats the fuss about 5 years?
