Sir vinny, she includes in her question that her husband is here for specific duration. They would not interested in settlement.

Hi, would be grateful if experts could consider my suggestion that your mum should apply in Domestic Servant category. I hope they will issue T-5 visa to your mum as domestic servant of your husband.
All you need is, you husband should earn a specific amount and can pay a minimum wages to your mum.

Do I need to include my 5 years old daughter in ILR application or I should go through MN1 for her after getting ILR for myself and spouse. My daughter was born abroad.

Dear Experts, I was granted Tier 5 Temporary Worker (International Agreement) visa on 23rd Aug 2011. My spouse and a daughter had applied as dependent of Tier 5 TW (Int. Agr) on 10th May 2012.
