Thank you. The telephone number is a £1.37 per minute cost, which is very high. I will most likely have to write a letter to the Sheffield Visa Section and ask what is happening, but I will wait until the end of the month. Hello,

My wife submitted passport in Lahore on 15th July.
Sponsor documents received in Sheffield on 14th July
Application form received in Sheffield on 20th July.

My wife has received no confirmation email from BHC that docs are received - Is this normal?
