Tier 2 : any reason to be refused

Hi. I wonder what a kind of reason would be to refuse for Tier 2,

if all points seem to be fine in self-estimation for salary etc.

Do you have any idea?

For instance, if the salary is over the HO regulated, should it have been eligible?

Or is there any possibility not to have point?

I just got my passport back today!!!!!

I applied for partner visa, but I got family permit which is for 5 years!

I can work full-time, and I can travell!!!

They dont charge for it.
HSMP is totally different in a sence.
but i just heard HSMP is getting to take long time as well as difficult.
(of course not like my situation though)

thanks, i just talked with HO over the phone now.
they said just under consideration, couldnt get any further information.

i didnt know the MP of my area can deal with it.
could u tell me more about it?

i applied with EEA2 form, which is HO advised.
