Hi, I guess the real question would be if you were granted HSMP once, will HSMP team use this against you, since you have already proven in the past that had not made UK your home, otherwise you would have come. I am in a somewhat potentially similar situation. I have a job offer in US and the compa...

Salary - gross or net?

Hi,

I was wondering does HSMP team consider past earnings based on gross or net salary. My salary is rather high, so my taxes are high as well.

Thanks,
D.

Actually, I think that the rules have changed lately. From the moment you get HSMP approval letter you have 6 months (it was previously 3) to apply for EC. Once your EC is approved there is no limit to when you can enter UK (no 3 months limit I think). Initial LTR is for 2 years starting from the da...

Translating salary slips

Hi everyone, My monthly salary slips are not in English and need to be translated. They are filled with many details which are more or less repeatative on all the slips. Many of those details are not really relevant as they refer to some small benefits such as meals or absence days or some tax mumbo...

Filling application form

Hi guys,

My question is regarding score fields in HSMP application form. Am I supposed to fill in the scores I am claiming in each section (including under "Total scores") or is some of it for HOs use?

Thanks,
David

Hi, 1. How about the section called "Total scores". Is that for me to summarize the points I am claiming or is that for HO to write in the points they give me? 2. On sections 7 (how do you plan to continue your work in UK) & 11 (which arrangements have you made to find a job in UK) of ...

Filling the application form

Hi, 1. On the application form each section ends with a field "Your score". Am I supposed to fill this information based on points I am claiming for this category, or is this for HO's use? 2. Also there is a section of "Total scores". Is this once again a summary of points I am c...

Sending docs

Hi, Just wanted to ask you did you use courier services when sending your docs? If so, did you call Doncaster offices before that to notify them that you're sending your docs with a courier? I am asking because in HSMP Guadance document it is said that you should call them in advance if you're plann...

Scheduling documents sending/receiving

Hi, I saw in HSMP Guidance document that it's required to call HSMP team before sending the application documents with a courier. I thought that sending a documents with a courier was not a problem, it getting them back which is tricky, so why do they askyou to call them in advance? Same guidance do...

Re: Initial application: Personal assets

Hm...So if I am planning to proove my income by providing salary slips and tax papers...bank account information and assets mentioning will not actually make my case considerably stronger, correct? On the other hand I saw that form needed for EC does mention available funds and that's where it might...

Initial application: Personal assets

Hi, I saw several posts where people were mentioning regarding including information about their personal assets and bank account statements along the initial HSMP application. I know that there are no hard rules regarding what documents need to be included with an application, but I wonder what wil...
