certificate of entitlement applicant signature

Hi, my wife has printed my sons application for certificate of entitlement(ROA)

The application needs a signature from the applicant, As my son is only 3 months old he obviously cannot sign it. can it be one of the parents signatures instead?

Hi i am a british citizen otherwise than by descent, my wife has only been in the uk by tourist visa at the moment we are looking into her coming to the uk when im on the financial requirement which will be next year
