Presume comprehensive sickness insurance cover is not required for self and wife even when I am out of UK or cease to have any economic activity whilst in UK?

Thanks John for clarification. As we all know Brtish or German nationailty is not much different now a days except that British nationality gives one absolute right to stay within UK.
