There isn't any issue staying out of UK 60 days in a row but your stay must not be more than 90 days 8n one go as per my understanding

They will verify with hmrc even your total income falls under two tax years if that figure match with home office then u r safe

If you withdraw the application do u have to give them a good reason and justify it later on when u put up the fresh application. ...?

same thing happened with me my five years has completed on tier 1 General went on same day service but they asked me to come back around two weeks time. can u plz let me know what they asked u in the interview.......?

Appointment for ILR and asked to cone back

Hello everyone.

i am on tier 1 General since July 2010 went to same day services but they have kept my application and asked me to come back around two weeks time for interview. they said they have to make some enquires does anybody knows what should i expect.
