In an update to this Cambridge English have said on the day of the test the college were having technical difficulties with their system and because of this the test photo was uploaded to Cambridge English systems but not the UKVI portal, do you this letter will benifit my appeal or is it just a cas...

Make sure you get letters of both, who was you eco as his or her initials will be on the refusal letter
