Flr fp partner 10 year route premium service question

Hi
I'm applying for flr fp extension based on partner 10yr route. Will I be able to use premium service? Or is that limited to only private life applicants?
Please help moderators and gurus. Thank you.

Re: FLR(FP) application

I'm over it now and look forward for a new year with no visa stuff.
I'm trying to move on and my advise to others would be choose the right solicitor or do it yourself.
Hope everyone will be happier with out visa issues in 2016.
