depend on case worker.
Over stay, Illegal work, FPN, driving offence etc accepted
But miner mistake was catch by black minded case worker. its really depend on luck as well.

Last year was huge back lock on passport service,
And this year express service. Cool

They send request email to H/O

H/O reply his case was refuse on base of good character. (reason was not strong)
