But Noajthan Law is equal to all. Kim case out immigration law. Sp in good character ground (14 December 2014). If Kim already declare he was over stay nearly 5 years. Just notice One applicant was illegal from 2005 to 2009
and his case approve today. Thats really good.

compare to 2014 and 2015
In 2016 case worker not much strict
Same of like my case history even same evidence H/O accept his case

Hopefully the will review and accepted our case too.

But in my case they refuse me, it was not over stay or legal status. i was in touch with H/O at all time, and i win my case in all ground. H/O did Q, how i maintain my self. If they accept your case, my case worker should be accept my application too. coz i'm not involving any kind of illegal works....

yes that the reason, not working that period Home office Q how i provide my self? My uncle send them letter i'm responsible for him. But home office say we are not satisfied. Now those day's Naturalisation take not more then 3/4 month if there is not complication. But reconsideration there is no time limit. Its really bad luck in your case, but if case worker made a mistake you will get it. yes there is no time Schedule, but My MP get response, in 4/5 week they will start review from April. :?
