In that case, I am afraid you can not do anything. You can go to citizen advice center for an advice.

Re: Tier 2 Visa - promotion within the same company

I am not an expert in GP side. If you getting promotion with the same SOC code or responsibilities. The employer must inform the HO but no need to apply for the visa again. If you get the promotion with different SOC code or responsibilities then you have to apply for the new visa. I think another e...

Re: Tier 2 (G) to ILR Clarification - switching jobs in betw

If you have spent 5 years to your current employer then I don't think so there should be any issue. But your employer has to confirm to UKVI that you are still required for the job to apply for ILR. I hope some senior member will put more light on it.

Thanks

That would be really good if you can list down your circumstances, for example, which date they issued the COS etc.

Changing employers with the different/same job doesn't affect your ILR period. You can change as many jobs as you want with the different employer.

Is my understanding correct? I presume that work trips abroad count towards the 180 day total?
Yes, Your understanding is right. Anything you spent out of the country will count in the total of 180 days.

Re: Interview for Tier 2 general (Please help)

More chances are they will ask you the questions like: Why have you moved on FLR? How you got this job? What will be your duties in the job? Have you been interviewed or not? on which date you have been interviewed? How you applied for this job [via Email (directly or any job board site)]? Do you ha...

I don't think so there should be any issue. Because they won't check the signature they will check your face or other details. If there is a slight change then this is fine if they are totally changes then I think there 'll be an issue.

Actually, the SOC codes I have mentioned, My employer received them directly from the HO. My HR Manager forwarded me the file that is why I am sure it's only for the specific SOC codes. NHS should have the file as well I don't know how can I send you the file. Please ask them if they have received a...

Re: Changes to salary threshold on April 2017

According to the @iworker, salary threshold is such a confusing issue right now. I read on the NSH tier 2 Employer website they have clearly mentioned it that it will only affect those who got their visa on or after 24th of November. But still not sure about that. [Ref] Do the new higher salary thre...

Re: Tier 2 General: Do i have to earn 30000 or more?

The best person to answer this question is your HR Manager. Yesterday, I read on the NHS Tier 2 Employer website and they have mentioned that the new salary threshold will only affect those who got their visa on or after 24th November 2016. This is so confusing and HO didn't give any information on ...

Re: New Salary Threshold After April 2017

I read the NHS tier 2 guidance and it seems like the new changes will affect those who will be applying 1st time for tier2, not for those who are already on the tier2 visa before 24th November 2016.

I hope somebody will further clarify this.

Re: Tier 2 Visa Extension refused due to Inappropriate Salar

The date of the letter I think is that start date, not the date you selected the letter of posted the letter. I think you have 14 days to go for the administrative review and 28 days altogether to apply for the new application. Please check the policy guidance.

Re: Tier 2 Visa Extension refused due to Inappropriate Salar

1) If I am to make a new application today (27/02/17), is it considered an “out of time” application or “in time” application? It will consider the in time application because HO should have given you 14 days for administrative review. So, you can apply within that time period. 2) If I were to go f...
