Thanks for sharing. So it no longer makes sense for people with Tier 2 ICT before Apr 2011 to switch jobs. Their stay would be capped with no provision of ILR (which was possible prior to these rules by spending 5 years in Tier 2 General). Also, in such a case, the option for people with Tier 2 ICT...
