Re: Sponsor issues

My sponsor is a "real" company and the start date on my CoS was 1st September 2015, but following a refusal and successful Administrative Review and I am able to start only now.

Do you have any idea what possible scenarios are?

Thanks.

Sponsor issues

Hi everyone, I have just received my Tier 2 visa, but my sponsor (who issued my CoS) advised me that they are not able to make me an offer at the time being and that I will probably have to wait a month or two before getting on board. My doubts are: 1. Am I still able to travel to UK and wait for th...

PBS Dependant Visa

Hi guys! I have a question and I hope that someone can help me. As far as you know, how strict UK Home Office is when someone stays in the UK longer than declared in the Visa Application Form? Basically, my wife is going to apply for a Tier 2 Dependant Visa, but on the last Visa she had (Standard Vi...

Administrative Review

Hi guys,

Just a curiosity, if I send my admin review request via email (to the address provided in the entry clearance refusal notice I received), do you reckon UKVI will send me their decision via email, or via post?
What is their common practice in these situations?

Thanks a lot.

Regards

Thank you Shah.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Re: Tier 2 Visa refusal for English language

Ah, I see. As per the Transitional list of approved tests and providers - your test has no expiry and should be ok for your application. 1. Have you given right to apeal the ECO's decision? 2. Is this only the reason why ECO refused your application or anything else did s/he mention addition to thi...

Re: Tier 2 Visa refusal for English language

What is your test provider/ center name? Normally IELTS tests valid for 2 years from the date of you passed the test. Is your English certificate different from IELTS? If so, what is that? Hi Shah, I have a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE), awarded by University of Cambridge. It is not IELTS a...

Tier 2 Visa refusal for English language

Hi! Several days ago I received a notice that my visa was refused because the ECO did not accept my English Language certificate. I have a Certificate in Advanced English, dated 16/05/2006, which according to ECO expired in 2008. On gov.uk website I found a table (Transitional list of approved tests...
