Got it today. Took 22 working days.

Today, we got the RoA-CoE for my son from Delhi. It took 22 working days from submission of documents.

I applied in Delhi over 5 weeks ago and still awaiting to hear back from them.

I don't thinks its possible.

I am awaiting for CoE-RoA for my son for 5 weeks now.

I think what you have mentioned is timings when application is made within the UK.

Going through forum it seems that it's much quicker (~15-20 working days) from India.

But unfortunately I can't find and published processing times or service standards for this specific application type.

8-10 days, and now its already 12 working days

We are in the same boat.

We submitted our paperwork on 24th Aug in Delhi, still no email. We didn't opt for SMS service too.
