I came, along with my wife and daughters, to UK more than 10 years ago. I am currently on Tier 2 visa. My elder daughter got ILR last week (thanks to this forum). My wife applied for ILR recently through super priority service (waiting for the decision). Our youngest daughter is 13. She also fulfill...

Thanks very much for your prompt reply.

My daughter is applying for ILR on the basis of 10 years continuous stay. How should she answer the following question:

Thanks

ILR - Indefinite Leave to Remain - Absence from UK - no evidence

I came, along with my wife and daughter, to UK in 2008. I am currently on Tier 2 visa. I intend to apply for ILR on the basis of 10 year continuous residence. In 2009, I went with my family to Ireland (Dublin) four times. Most of the visits were 2 weeks long. One of them was for around 2 months. My ...

ILR - Indefinite Leave to Remain

I came, along with my wife and daughter, to UK in 2008. I am currently on Tier 2 visa. Throughout this period, until now, my daughter is my dependent and is 18 years old now.

Can my daughter apply for ILR by submitting her individual application on the basis of long residence?

Thanks in advance.

Tier 2: Travelling abroad for more than a month on Tier 2

Hi All, I am on Tier 2 visa. I would be grateful if someone may please clarify the following: 1) Can I go to my home country for 5 to 6 weeks annual leave (paid leaves)? 2) Do my sponsor needs to inform UKVI that I am going abroad? 3) On my return, do I have to show any documents (other than valid T...

I applied via priority service. They took 9 working days to take the decision. It was a different reference number.

Re: Tier refused - Reapplication

That's good to hear. I have applied by post because I was getting the slot for premium service after the grace period. However, I would have preferred going in-person. The decision may not be on the day, but at least you will know that application is in process. They should allow you without a passp...

Changes in Cos after submission of Tier 2 application

Hi This forum is a Gem Is it possible to add Sponsor's note in Cos after submission of Tier 2 application? Will it be considered by the case worker as it will be after the date of submission? I can't find any reference? I read somewhere (can't find the source) that after no changes are allowed after...

Re: Tier refused - Reapplication

I am not working at the moment, so it's ok if I don't work till my application is decided. Though it's really hard to survive but I am trying to manage. I have contacted my MP and wrote an email explaining my whole situation. Just received a call from MP office. They are chasing my application and ...

Re: Tier refused - Reapplication

I need to clarify few points manci:

- For Tier 2, online application (no more paper application form) is acceptable for the premium in-person service.
- There will be a cooling off period of 12 months if she has to apply from home.

Re: Tier refused - Reapplication

What was the specific problem in the COS?
Are you sure new COS is OK?
Do you have your passport? Then you can go in person.

Re: Tier refused - Reapplication

Thanks for the reply

So I can ask my sponsor to add Sponsor's notes until the Cos is live even after submitting the application.

When it is is 'used' - Is it after receiving the documents or after biomterics?

Hello

Is it possible to add Sponsor's note on CoS (obviously by the sponsor) after the submitting the application online. Even documents have been sent.

Thanks
