Re: Family member of UK citizen SS route Ireland

Should I just go to job centre and do just that? Or be honest and inform them that at the moment I just gave birth to my daughter and am taking care...

Re: Family member of UK citizen SS route Ireland

So I have to get a job... isn't it a bit unfair that last minute they tell us I needed to do these things. Why is this even applicable to us if we applied way before any changes were made in may 2016. When I made the application I didn't need to work here in the UK. It seems that I would have to get...

Re: EEA permit application surinder Singh route ireland

Once my husband recieves his uk residence I will start a new thread with all the details. I believe that the 3 month story is out of date and a little misleading. It gives good info but most of it has changed :(. So once we complete the last stage I will definitely post everything

My husband applied in Ireland and all the documents we provided are in my first post. ( just scroll up) :). Thank you we are excited to go back home. I m guessing that the EEA 2 should be straight forward now that they acknowledge my treaty rights and gave my husband his EEA FP.

Thank you Obie, your post have been very helpful throughout this process. Your our hero!! :).
The next step of the process the EEA family permit seems more difficult and confusing. The online application just seems like they just mixed up the questions. Any idea of what we should do next?
