Re: Dependent Visa Extension when main applies for ILR

Thanks Zimba,
Both of our BRP expire on the same date (07-Sep-2013)
While I understand I have to apply for an extension before expiry, do I need to apply before she applies ILR?
And Can I apply for IRL in December 2023 when I complete 5 years as Tier 2 dependant?

Dependent Visa Extension when main applies for ILR

My Spouse has tier 2 general visa valid from Aug-2018 until Sep-2023 . She will apply ILR in Aug this year. I am tier 2 dependent on her with validity from Dec-2018 until Sep-2023 . As I can not apply for ILR dependent at the same time she does, do I need to apply for a tier 2 dependent extension? I...

Re: Tier 2 change of employer-UKVI email with wrong info

I am also changing employer. What I understand from HR, it will be a new Application (Not extension) and dependants need not to apply at same time, they can extend their VISA once it gets over for them.

I would suggest Access UK, its very simpler.. I had this same query earlier.. But I had used Access UK which is very easy to use for any priority, super priority and normal application..

Re: Tuberculosis Test

THANKS Casa and Katyani.
I made an enquiry to UKVI and they had responded as follows:

With regards to your enquiry about the requirement of a TB test, please note that under your circumstances you would not be required a TB test as you have been outside the UK for less than 6 months.
