Returning expired BRP card for my child - (MN1)

Apologies if it was asked before. My child had a successful MN1 application (by post) and I recieved her expired BRP in the post.


My question is do I need to return the expired BRP card?

Thanks, yes she was born in the UK in 2011, do I need to include her BRP card even if it is expired?

zghtto is on Tier 2 visa and he does not need 12 payslips. 12 payslips is only for Tier 1 visa where applicant has to prove annual income. If your current salary meet the minimum ILR requirement and that income should be earned in the last 12 months from the date of your ILR application. So it really doesn't matter if you've earned that income in 1, 3 or 12 months period, you need to submit the payslip accordingly. EG: If your income ...

include the whole applications and follow the questions easier that way , u need to fill both details if applying together.
