Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

Thank you. Just found this text for naturalisation applications, where they request below: https://www.gov.ie/en/service/e2fab-requesting-proof-of-residence/ "You must send us 3 different documents for each year you claim you were resident here to use as proof of residence." I was going t...

Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

1. 1 for each year
2. I would give gas or electricity if not broadband should be fine
3. 1 for each year
4. Copy issued 3 years ago is fine. Do make sure you provide 1 proof for each address you resided in the past 5yrs.

All the best!

How long do you have left on ya current stamp ? We had about 6 months left at the time of submitting the application.
Now 1 month left but got an email extension till May next year. When I applied, had 7 months left.

Re: Sent passport 3+ months ago for citizenship application, anyone else?

No update since the 13th of May. It's really frustrating how they handle the process. They could just scan the passports and then return them to the owners. Would it take 1 hour to scan a single passport? don't think so. Still can't understand why they have to hold passports with them for months. U...

Re: Sent passport 3+ months ago for citizenship application, anyone else?

Nothing gaurav. No clue what the department is upto and what the hold-up is. I know people who applied after June 25, 2021 are likely to experience more delays.

Lets hope we get ours Passports soon. I applied for my dependent June 1st this year.

Re: Sent passport 3+ months ago for citizenship application, anyone else?

Yeh its a bummer.

People who applied in Feb/March 2021 got the Passports back in less than 2 months.

I suppose they are devoting now thier full attention to clearing all the 2018 to 2019 backlogs.

Lets hope the wait is not too long.
