Once we renew Stamp 4 while the Citizenship application is on going, do we need to notify Citizenship Team about the new Stamp or will they be able to access the updated permission in their system?
As long as you have an up-to-date permission letter, you'll be fine. If they don't return your passport for an extended amount of time - let's say, if they only give it back to you in December - when you apply for the new IRP card, just make sure that you mention the reason of the delay in the appl...

Email EU Treaty few weeks before the expiry of permission requesting for Stamp 4 extension and they should send you one.

I just checked the online options and none of the options in 1.18 and 1.19 would apply to 'immerso' to renew online. So I don't see how he could possibly renew it online. obie has already replied here so I don't understand why you are still saying this. It is crystal clear that the OP should select...
If you live in Dublin, and you have a GNIB/IRP card before (regardless of what the basis of the card was), use the online renewal. You will not be allowed to renew in person in Burgh Quay. If you live in Dublin but never had a GNIB/IRP card before, you would have to wait for Burgh Quay to reopen. I...
