Financial Requirement 2nd FLR M

Hello everyone, I am confused whether I would apply for Category A or B? My husband started his job on February 2016 and was promoted last week of October 2017. I am applying for 2nd FLR (M) on first week of May 2018. Even before his promotion, he has always been earning above 18,600 per annum. So b...

Re: Work permit to spouse visa

I am not sure. All I know is, it was Academic IELTS test so I could apply for nursing work visa (but I didn't because I applied for spouse visa instead). My score was 8.5 in listening, 7.5 in reading, 7.0 in writing and 7.0 in speaking. I took the exam on the 28th of February 2015 and its expired now.

Re: Work permit to spouse visa

Hello everyone,

I am applying for my second spouse visa this year and I want to know if I could still use my expired IELTS (Feb 2017 expired) for this. I used it on my previous successful application.

I was reading the guidance notes but I am confused. Please help.

Thank you

Re: SPOUSE VISA EXTENSION -33 Months

I have a question that is something similar with this. I am applying for an extension as well next year (I'm currently on my first 2.5 years spouse visa). Is it okay to use my previous IELTS for the second time? Even if it expired last Feb 2017? I used it for my first application. Thanks to whoever ...

Re: Work permit to spouse visa

Hello, Do you think if my father's middle name is incorrect in one letter it would cause a problem? We tried to change it in the register office but they said it would take a month. And we need to apply for spouse visa as soon as possible. Instead of Revilla, they wrote Revillo. The handwriting was ...

Re: Work permit to spouse visa

They don't expect married couples to be living together prior to marriage. Intention to live together is sufficient at this stage. Just supply what you have . Note that if you switch, then your qualifying period for SET(M) will be reset to five years from grant of initial FLR(M) . Thanks Vinny, On ...
