i am doing my masters will be completing it next year in april, Recently i have been offered a internship offer from UK employer but he does not have tier2 sponsorship. I was on tier 2 before and got relevant experience as well.

how do we contact TIER 5 sponsor any idea ???

Hi, I was under in Tier 4 from 2007 till 2012 which is 5 years, so is that means I can't apply for anymore Tier 4 Visa? Yes if you are not under 5 years CAP. i am afraid yes you can not but there is no harm in applying in universities. but home office will highly be refusing based on 5 years cap

Yes you can switch to tier 4. University will be calculating your CAP. and you have to prove that you want to genuinely study and just give good personal statement to University. YOU DONT NEED TO GO BACK, YOU CAN APPLY IT FROM HERE JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE VALID CAS FROM YOUR UNIVERSITY AND YOUR BANK STATEMENT SHOULD BE MAINTAINED TOO.

just drop email to ukvi saying that you enquired about the status of application and it says decison has been made but you havent received any collection email, they will esclate the case and you will get email soon.

all application are going sheffield now, even dependant as well.
