Currently I am on Tier2 G visa and my wife is on Tier2 Dependent Visa.

My wife planning to apply for Tier2 G as a main applicant from home country, and I am planing to switch to her dependent visa.

Does any one have problem in online booking. I am trying to book from yesterday night but i am getting this error.

get naric bsc comparability report
and also get naric English assessment report
if your bsc is compared to uk degree and you have naric English assessment of that bsc i think you are good to go.

But it was your choice to undertake a programme that would take you out of the UK. Similar scenarios have been refused. If you have a letter from University than its somehow like business related absence, as long as you have not violated the terms of residency i-e left the country for more 180 days without any compassionate circumstance, In my opinion you are good to go, just need to add covering letter and its alwa...
