Re: RCOS August 2016

Hi Ronin,
my wife had total of 27 points but they have awarded only 7 which essentially means the RMLT was not considered.

Hi Kulmai,
The CoS team got to know about the 11 candidates from the advert summary. we have written now back to the CoS team to re-look at the docs. its a wait a watch game now.

Re: RCOS August 2016

Morning, The reason for my wife's CoS was 1. The HO is not convinced that the vac is genuine 2. They do not find suitable reason why 11 other candidates were rejected for the same post. From the reason for rejection, it seems like HO didnt look into the RMLT docs. We are planning to write back to th...

Re: RCOS August 2016

Hi Kulmai,
I am not an expert but i am just thinking your status from pending to under review means that they are looking at your application now ?

Or you are very sure that pending is a better status than under review ?

All,
Finally some news for those who are still waiting...
One of my colleagues have confirmed that he has received the CoS for Tier 2 ICT -ST which has issue date as 01Aug2016. I am not very sure if this means the CoS was from July pool.

Re: Tier 2 ICT Long Term staff partner to Tier 2 General

I was told he can switch from Tier 2 ICT staff migrant to Tier 1 General without cooling period. Is that assumption correct. His CoS is stated as appx £60K. Tier 1 General has been closed to new applicants for years. He can continue on Tier 2 ICT, or he can change to your dependent (Tier 2 dependen...
