Not a word from my side, although my sponsor company isn't the quickest with admin, so that's not unexpected.

Re: Restricted COS decisions for September 2015

Complete guess on my side but I'd say 38 points, simply because last month was 36 with so many CoS returned, so I'd intuitively expect it to be slightly higher. But since I'm so new at this I'm probably way off the mark

Re: Restricted COS decisions for September 2015

Am I the only one that feels as though this process doesn't give you a lot of time to get organised before you fly out? I'm pretty new at this and we are hoping to fly over mid-December, and <100 days doesn't feel like a massive amount of time.

Holding thumbs for everyone for tomorrow!

Based on the UK government website, the most likely exemptions are as follows: There are a number of exemptions from the NHS health surcharge. Re: Restricted COS decisions for September 2015

Hey Ln1124, I was also in line for an H1B this year as I had two offers to consider, one in the UK and one in the US. This process is indeed painful. Hopefully it will be back to normal this time. @raghu.raju457, I used this link to estimate my points https://www.brookes.ac.uk/services/hr/handbook/r...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for September 2015

No idea from me I'm afraid. I'm too new to know how this works yet. Based on what people are saying about September not being a premium month and given the surprise at August's number, I'd say in the region of 38 to 40 points, but that's a complete thumbsuck on my part

Re: Restricted COS decisions for September 2015

Hi all,

New here and entering September with 45 points. Had originally sent everything through to my employer in July so I thought they'd submitted in August but no such luck. Good luck to everyone waiting and here's hoping for good news :)
