That's where I am struggling, what can be counted towards evidence?

He Returned with in his visa limits last times , does that not count as evidence ?

He attached his Graduation Mark Sheets and letter from Education institute confirming his status. But not sure what else we can add.

Hi All, I need a bit of advice on PIO card.

can someone confirm if PIO Card also has Sticker on the passport or its Just a card which you carry along your passport.

Also , at the time of application do you need to submit the passport as well?
