HO received and signed on 5th Oct
Money was taken from bank account on 9th Oct
Since then no emails and phone called received.

To recap, as you have passed the Life in the UK test, the next thing to do is the B1 English Lanuage test , ASAP. Then, apply for SET(M). One more question to ask, if i got this IRL visa is granted.
