Haven't received any confirmation for FLRM

Hello, I sent my wife's FLRM on the 4th of October, and it was received and signed for on the 8th of October, but we haven't yet received any confirmation letter. Looking at the time lines thread, it seems people generally get a confirmation within 4 weeks, so I'm getting a bit concerned why we have...

Wife's Visa expiring before Premium Service Appontment

I have booked her visa appointment for my wife's visa to be renewed (FLR(M)), but the first available date is already after the date that her BRP expires. The appointment is on 24 October 2018, but the expire date on her BRP says 07/10/2018. Is there anything I can do to get the time extended a bit ...

Renewing Wife's Visa - Need assistance with a few questions

I'm filling the form for my wife's visa on the visa and immigration site, and I needed a bit of help with a few of the questions: - Do you and your partner have any shared financial responsibilities? I take care of all the bills, and finances, my wife is a housewife. I have put the answer as no. Wou...

Renewing Wife's Visa

Hello, My wife moved from Indonesia to the UK around 2 years ago, and her BRP will be expiring soon and so we need to renew it. Unfortunately, I do not have the funds to renew it at the moment. If she were to go back to Indonesia for a short time, and then we apply for a renewal, would this be OK or...

Vignette Transfer Supporting Documents

My wife has been granted her visa, but unfortunately, we had to change the flight date to the 22nd of February. This is after the date that her visa vignette will expire (6th February), so we have applied for a replacement. Does my wife need to take any supporting documents with her for the appointm...

Re: Is there an alternative to submitting bank statements?

That part is sorted already.
I had money set aside for the visa application, but due to wedding costs etc I went overdraft in my main account, and it'll take a while to restore it to a positive value.

Re: Is there an alternative to submitting bank statements?

So in theory, as long as I have a good income, but my account is in an unhappy state (overdrawn), they should be fine with it?

Also, in terms of providing the bank statements, can I send my wife scans of them? Or do I have to post her the originals?

Is there an alternative to submitting bank statements?

I am applying for my wife's visa and unfortunately, due to various reasons, my bank account isn't in the greatest health. My income is fine, I get a good stable income, but it will take a while for me to clear my debts. Looking at Appendix FM-SE, it seems I need to supply evidence of income. I have ...

Was it taught in English and NARIC approved? It was taught in English, but no idea if it is NARIC approved. I will try to find out She could get it assessed for comparative purposes by UK NARIC who are registered to assess foreign degrees and the medium of instruction if English to certify it would...

Hi everyone, I am a British citizen, but my wife is Indonesian, and we are currently going through the visa application process. I am applying for the 'family of a settled person’ visa for my wife. As Indonesia isn't in the exception list, my wife is required to do an English Language test. We have ...
