oh same here . I started to believe that my file is either lost or my application is rejected . Just don't know what is going on . On which ground they refused your EUTR3 application? Can you share some points from your refusal letter.

And yes you can apply again EUTR1 under withdrawl agreement.

Not yet but i received an email on 13 October that the application has been completed and will receive the card in 5 to 10 Working days, Now a days the processing time is between 25 to 30 days but they are taking longer then that, You can email them and ask for the application status....

French authority will not issue Eu Family member card to your sister because your sister married to a French national so they will issue a Resident Card Called Private Family under French Local Law
