I too faced the same situation.....so I took the printouts of the adverts which my company published for my role and submitted along with the HSMP application...that solved my problem..

Yes you are right...They did not give me the updated information.

I called them at around 1:00 p.m IST , the HO told my case is still with verification...but around 4:30 p.m IST I received a mail from my representatives that my case has been approved...The number which i called was +1142074074...

Is there a way to find out whether they have considered above 28 or under 28.

Also there is any way by which i can request the home office that they should consider my case as under 28 category, ignoring the postal delays...

Hi , I had sent my application to HO on the 16th May 2006(thru workpermit.com).My 28th birthday was on 24th May 2006.
