As we invited her to UK she has taken her own money from this person in july and fixed in bank as Fixed deposits on 8th july and 29th sep --£3000 and £4000 respectively

Hi Sorry for my abbreviations in earlier post Could you Please answer to my explanations. Source of her Fixed Deposits--mother in law sold property in 2009 (House incurred from her father in law) and she deposited money in her own a/c in 2009...after that she lended to a person with PROMISSARY NOTE ...
