We got our HSMP extension under the judicial review. We applied from UK.
Received extension up to 05/02/2012. The time lines were

Documents sent: 1st Dec
Acknowledgement letter : 2nd Dec
Approved on : 12th Dec
Passports received : 16th Dec

No, your mistaken. HSMP is a permit-free employment category visa.
So you don't need to fill these blanks if you're a HSMP holder.
