Hi Pateltop,


That would still my all 5 children's would get UC including the 2 who are under immigration control? Also as other friend asked would it effect my wife and 2 children's further extensions? HMRC at the time of CTX confirmed me that it won't.

You might be right, but Real time information about employees has been recently introduce, 7-8 years ago Employers only provide PAYE details on yearly basis, that would make impossible to find out how many hours someone worked unless their pay slips has been required.
