if you got approved then all you have to do is to apply for eu3 and u should get permanent residency for 10 years when the process is finished and you dont need to fill her details in the form and just put a photo copy of the letter you get from them when u got approved for the retention once you ap...

nope ,once you have approval no need to apply for any stamp anymore
